# Becoming A Commander

For starter players, or skilled players who don't have enough tokens to get good decks, he can decide to look for **Warlords** who are recruiting **Commanders** to play their **sub-accounts**. 

After you have found a **Warlord**, you then can discuss the terms with the Warlord, ie: How to split the earnings, What is the pay, Working requirements, Days off if possible, etc… After all the agreements are settled, the **Warlord** will hand you the sub-account login credentials, either as a QR Login Code, or Email & password. Then you can login into the game and start playing. 

Remember, all the earnings inside the accounts belong to the **Warlord**. The **Commander** payment can only be done directly from the **Warlord** to your wallet, in the form of your choosing and agreements with the Warlord.
